The first hour will guide you through mat Pilates, focusing on mindful movement, core strength, mobility, and alignment. Expect a steady, supportive flow that builds heat and awareness without overwhelm, suitable for all levels.
The second hour invites you to slow right down with deeply restorative breathwork, designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and rebalance the body. We will close with a guided meditation, allowing you to fully integrate the experience and leave feeling nourished, spacious, and reset.
