Dynamic and Connected Breathwork
Set within the tranquil grounds of Wadhurst Castle, this two-hour active, dynamic breathwork session offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and access deeper clarity and vitality.
Through guided, rhythmic breathing techniques, you’ll be supported to move beyond the thinking mind and into an expanded, embodied state of awareness. This style of breathwork can open the door to profound emotional release, heightened perception, and, for some, deeply transcendent experiences—creating space for insight, healing, and meaningful inner shifts.
The session will gradually build in intensity before softening into a period of rest and integration, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to land fully in the body.
Whether you arrive seeking release, renewal, or curiosity about what’s possible when you breathe beyond habit, this session invites you into a carefully held, supportive space where transformation can unfold naturally, at your own pace, in an extraordinary setting.
Please bring:
- A mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A small pillow for under your head
- Optional: a larger pillow or bolster for under your knees
- Loose, comfortable clothing
- A blanket and perhaps warm socks
- A bottle of water
- I’ll provide eye pillows, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it.
Tips: Avoid heavy meals beforehand, as this is an active, dynamic breathwork session, and body temperature may fluctuate.
