Carriage Barn & Walled Garden, Wadhurst Castle Estate
£40 | £70 for two
As spring reaches its fullness, and under the rare Blue Moon, you’re invited into an evening designed to help you pause, recalibrate and reconnect.
Held within the Carriage Barn and Walled Garden at Wadhurst Castle Estate, the evening gently moves between indoor sanctuary and outdoor nature connection woven together with rhythm, intention, and care.
We begin by arriving and landing softly into the space. There is time here—to settle, to breathe, to take in your surroundings. You may choose an oracle card, journal, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea as the evening opens.
At the heart of the experience is ceremonial-grade Criollo cacao, a gentle yet powerful plant ally. Rich in antioxidants and naturally containing theobromine and magnesium, cacao is known to support mood, circulation, and a subtle sense of openness, often felt as clarity, warmth, and a softening into the heart.
Prepared with care using high-quality, organic ingredients and served in brightly coloured ceramic cups, this becomes more than a drink, it’s a moment. It’s a moment, a ritual. An invitation to slow down, soften, and receive.
As the light begins to shift, we step into the walled garden. Guided by the steady heartbeat of the drum, you’re invited to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the natural world around you. There is space here for intention setting, for quiet reflection, and for simply being, without pressure, without expectation.
As the evening deepens, we return to the warmth of the barn. You’ll be invited to fully settle—lying back, supported, comfortable, as the sound journey begins.
Layered tones from Crystal Tones® singing bowls, Paiste gong, shamanic and ocean drums, native-style flute, gentle percussion, and soft vocals create a deeply immersive, cocoon-like soundscape. The experience becomes one of integration and restoration, where the body can unwind, the mind can soften, and everything can settle at its own natural pace.

Please read the information provided after booking, including considerations and contraindications, so you can arrive feeling comfortable, informed, and prepared. I’ll also be in touch closer to the event with final details.
Cacao – Considerations & Contraindications:
Ceremonial cacao is generally safe, naturally heart-opening, and offers many wellbeing benefits. Please read the following to understand any potential side effects, precautions, or interactions that may apply to you.
A typical serving is 25 g per person (a high ceremonial dose is 40–50 g). Ingredients: ceremonial-grade cacao, organic gluten-free oat milk, organic maple syrup. Gluten-free and vegan.
Health considerations:
• Heart conditions: Theobromine can increase heart rate and lower blood pressure. If you have a heart condition, consult your GP; smaller servings are recommended.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Cacao is a mild stimulant (contains caffeine, less than coffee). Please limit intake.
• Allergies: Rare reactions may include rashes, hives, or itching. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if this occurs.
• Migraines: Cacao can trigger headaches in some people; monitor your intake and symptoms.
Medication & supplement interactions:
• MAOI antidepressants: Avoid high doses due to tyramine.
• SSRIs: Consult your doctor before consuming higher doses.
• Blood thinners: Cacao flavonoids may increase bleeding risk.
• Stimulants (caffeine, ADHD medication): May increase heart rate and blood pressure when combined.
• 5-HTP or St John’s Wort: May raise serotonin; using these alongside cacao can increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.
Sound Bath – Considerations & Contraindications:
Sound baths are deeply restorative and can support relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and overall wellbeing. However, they may not be suitable for everyone.
