Step into an evening of deep relaxation and gentle reset, centred around heart-opening ceremonial-grade cacao and deepened by a restorative sound bath.

Nestled within the historic grounds of Wadhurst Castle, the Carriage Barn in autumn becomes a candlelit sanctuary: exposed beams, underfloor heating, and twinkling fairy lights meeting the softly illuminated castle beyond. A peaceful pause as the season turns.
You’ll be guided in gentle vocal toning with a shruti box to arrive, ground and quieten the mind. You will be served ceremonial Peruvian Criollo cacao – earthy, fruity and naturally delicious. You are then invited to lie down and receive a relaxing sound bath.

The Journey Within

Ceremonial-grade Peruvian Criollo cacao is the heart of this journey. Rich in theobromine and other naturally occurring compounds, it can support a gentle lift in mood and a sense of warmth and presence. Often called the “food of the gods”, this pure cacao offers an earthy, fruity flavour.

You are then invited to lie down and receive a sound bath featuring Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls™ and a Paiste gong, alongside shamanic and ocean drums, Native American-style flutes, and a cacao pod flute. Together, these create a layered field of sound designed to guide you into release, deep relaxation and calm.
