Pilates followed by Breathwork and Guided Meditation
Step away from the demands of everyday life and join me at Wadhurst Castle for a deeply restorative two-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and fully switch off from the outside world.
The session begins with an uplifting yet grounding Mat Pilates class to build strength, improve posture, release tension and gently awaken the body. I’ll then guide you through calming Breathwork techniques and a deeply relaxing Guided Meditation to help regulate the nervous system, soften stress and leave you feeling restored from the inside out.
This workshop is a chance to slow down, release built-up tension and fascia tightness, learn simple breathing tools to support everyday calm, and create space for rest and reset.
Suitable for complete beginners through to the more experienced.
For the Pilates portion, please bring:
- A mat
- A bottle of water
For the breathwork and meditation, you’ll want to be as comfortable and supported as possible. Please bring:
- One or two pillows or a bolster (placing support under the knees can be especially beneficial, as it helps the body release through the psoas — the primary fight-or-flight muscle)
- A blanket
- Warm socks or extra layers
Staying warm and comfortable will allow you to soften more deeply into the experience. Eye pillows will be provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you have one.
