A peaceful pause as the season turns.\nYou’ll be guided in gentle vocal toning with a shruti box to arrive, ground and quieten the mind. You will be served ceremonial Peruvian Criollo cacao – earthy, fruity and naturally delicious. You are then invited to lie down and receive a relaxing sound bath.\nThe Journey Within\nCeremonial-grade Peruvian Criollo cacao is the heart of this journey. Rich in theobromine and other naturally occurring compounds, it can support a gentle lift in mood and a sense of warmth and presence.
